About the event
Join me on a 4-week journey meeting each Friday from the 4th of August until the 25th of August to explore yourself as a woman, guided by the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Nature is our greatest teacher and a mirror to reflect the beauty within us.
This journey is designed for women who seek stillness, connection to their inner wisdom, and guidance towards a purposeful life that they truly love.
Each week, we'll gather to enjoy a walk-in nature and be guided through meditation and mindfulness practices. We'll then sit in circle to share our inner wisdom and knowledge inspired by the element of focus for that week.
Week 1 – Earth
"When you realize Heart and Earth are spelled with the same letters, it all starts to make sense." Mother Earth will guide you through a heart-opening experience if you lean in and listen deeply.
